I like details and communication but no updates about financing were given (ex: appraisal, clear to clear) from Guild Mortgage. The agent had to tell me everything.
Lisa was an awesome loan officer to work with! She kept us informed every step of the way, was always responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She did a fantastic job from start to finish!

When I saw the buyer's lender letter I knew the loan process would be smooth. And if anything came up that would be a concern, we would know about it before it became a big problem. This was a great experience working with Lisa and Guild Mortgage....
