Dan was professional and friendly to work with throughout the process. Even with unexpected situations arose, he was great with communicating and figuring out quickest solution to keep things moving forward.

Jack was very helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions I had. Doing the renovation loan wasn't a quick process, but everyone made all the possible efforts to help the process move efficiently.
