Guild worked hard to get the numbers we needed to buy our first home

The sense of urgency was lacking from the seller perspective.

He kept us informed through the whole process. He also gave us several options and made recommendations that made sense. He made everything easy to understand. Our closing went very smooth and quick with no problems.
