It was just hard doing things long distance. Everyone was nice and helpful, things changed often and from a different state it was a lot.
I was on the seller side so not a lot of communication was needed directly to Guild. Mostly came from agent . Have worked with Guild before out of the Bangor office . Always been pleased
They do the best as they can to make the business happen. work together to make thinks in pleace and organized all needs to have the best result. really like Guild Mortgage I haved a very good experienc.
