    Kayla was always ready with an answer, and was incredibly patient and helpful with me navigating the loan process. I felt overwhelmed by how much is involved but Kayla was always available when I needed something. She is the best!

    They were helpful and accessible through the whole process. The only thing that could improve was that we first started speaking with Kayla regarding our plan, and then she was out of office for a week and we did not know that was the case....
