We got off to a good start and then had a small hiccup. However, after that little hiccup David and his team were outstanding with getting our loan taken care of.
David provided me with much more information in our initial meeting than other lending agencies I had visited with which convinced me to choose Guild Mortgage as my lender.

Very good and very easy to deal with. All digital and never even had to go anywhere until the actual closing and we went to our county abstract office rather than having to drive to the Guild branch office.
