Rick was able to get us the help we needed in a timely manner, and he was especially helpful and worked with us when we had issues with our down payment as well

It would have been better if your staff answered emails and phone calls. Things happen during transactions from time to time but having no ability to reach the lender on a closing day is not acceptable.
