Steve and Kim are my go to for mortgages and refinancing. This was the fifth time I’ve worked with them. I’ve shopped around and get the best rates and closing costs from First Centennial.
Steve and his team are fantastic. They have great attention to detail and are always available to answer questions. The process was smooth and the walk you through every step with great knowledge.
Luke is fabulous! Made experience quick, less stressful and managable. Highly recommend!
Chris was amazing!! There was something needed all the time and Chris helped us through it all. We were at the top of our budget but with Chris’s help we got through it!

Steve and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were prompt, always helpful, and did a fantastic job. This was a great mortgage experience.

Steve's team is very efficient, keeps things moving along, very helpful and quick. I have used him and FCM twice in the past and will continue to use him if needed in the future.
My experience with Luke was very positive. He was very patient and helpful and always got back to me very quickly when I needed anything. This process was very new to us but he made it so that it was not as stressful as I had imagined.
