Was happy that contact was clear and somewhat consistent. Only disruption was timing of appraisal and short notice on necessary compliance issue.
Jamie and Heather know their jobs and they explained what was needed and when. When we couldn’t comply immediately they helped us through it and advising what we could do. They are a great team. They know their jobs.

I think overall I was very satisfied. The only change I would make is that if the first homebuyer course was given to me in the beginning I would have had a better understanding of the process. Everything else was amazing!
