Hey Mike, thanks for the review. No Realtors involved so it's always a bit more work and the appraiser made this a bit of a challenge. Congrats on your purchase and wish you all the best with the home.
Jamie is always on top of things, communication is wonderful, the experience working with Jamie and Guild is never disappointing.
