Very smooth process and great interest rate...Highly recommend!
I was having trouble attaching files and sending them. She helped "walk me through" the process. She never made me feel any of my questions were silly and my worries were, I felt, sincerely acknowledged.
Jennifer and her team were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always available when we had questions. Our refinance process was easy because everyone that helped us at Academy was very knowledgeable.
I am a real estate agent and after several failed attempts with other lenders to get a particular property financed, Jennifer and her team were able to pull through on it. I cannot say enough positive things about them and will be recommending...
