She was very helpful in any questions I had. Even to the extent of calling me back on a Sunday afternoon. She did not have to do that but she went above her work hours to help us in any way she could.

Would not recommend at all. Doesn’t not do things in a timely manner. Doesn’t return phone calls. And if he cannot get you approved he doesn’t even have the decency to call you.
