It was pretty alarming to get a call from the buyers agent the day before closing and telling me that the clients had to sell and close on an existing property and neither of us knew anything about it because it was never presented by the lender....

This loan closed on time with no issues. There was a miscommunication between the buyer's agent and seller's agent but at no time was the loan ever in jeopardy of not closing.
