The timelines slipped a bit and the local processor was disorganized. Nothing I attribute as Mark’s fault.
My experience with Todd was fantastic. All of this stuff that I found confusing he laid it out in simple terms. I loved just being able to text any questions and didnt have to call all the time. Todd gives a true 5 star experience.
