Really felt like he was wanting to get us into our house, he was really quick on getting us the documents we needed even on short notices, he explained the process well, worked through multiple loan options, we even changed the loan amount...

Richard was extremely helpful and generous with his time and experience. Hang up was underwriting making unreasonable demands to document my finances.

Matt was great to work with! He was very communicative throughout the process and we closed on time with no hiccups.

Todd was extremely easy to work with again and he explained everything in plain English and was very patient through the whole process

From the moment I called Matt he was pleasant and helpful. He gave me all my options and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Sandra was also great work with, she told me exactly what I needed to do and was very helpful.
