He made it clear and easy to do.

We had the privilege of working with Alan a year ago so we were familiar with one another. Not to mention he had a lot of the information needed. Alan is just a pleasant person. We will reach out to Alan whenever we need his service.

Alan as usually always kept us in the loop during each step via text, emails. So that we knew what was going on with each step. Alan communication skills are excellent.
