It has nothing to do with Guild as Grisel did a phenomenal job communicating with me. We were dealing with the city of Los Angeles, our escrow took 110 days to close.

Yeah, well the money was there so it was good for for me to be able to move to this house. the interest rate is low and I agree with the fix mortgage. I wouldn't want It to be variable at all.
