The whole team is always on top of everything. I don't have to worry about a thing and everything went wonderfully smooth...which is a HUGE feat these days
This is the 5th (FIFTH!) house I’ve bought with Marcy and Team and I wouldn’t do it with anyone else. It’s a stressful process, but they always do everything they can to make it as painless as possible.
Always responsive and thorough
More communication up front about every element required during the underwriting process, i believ this would eliminate duplication
