We had an excellent experience working with Kim Majors. She is a great loan officer who cares about her clients and takes the time to explain information in detail.
Despite Delays due to Covid, Melanie updated us frequently so we knew what was happening with our loan. As always, she made it an easy process.
She was awesome with communication
Her and her teams level of communication and effort to complete closing at the desired time.
Very responsive and we were able to close on time! She took the time to explain everything and when an issue (out of her control) came up, she was on the phone with us at 9pm to help figure it out.
