Debby foresaw and forewarned us about the partial government shutdown on Oct 1st and urged us to close on Sept 30th. The buyers kept changing their downpayment amount and Debby was still able to get us to close on time on the 30th. She is clairvoyant....

Portia was fantastic! She called as soon as her client's offer was in place, made sure to let me know she was available as a resource, and checked in again to let me know everything was in place and ready to close.

Friendly and timely communication.
I was kept well informed of the proceedings and felt that the loan service was handled with professionalism.
