Joe and his team were available to answer the phone and emails in a timely manner. They were really helpful through the whole process of buying our house. A member of the team (Levi) even showed up when we closed.

We were recommended Team Pattee at Guild Mortgage by our realtor. Jospeh and his team made the purchase of our home easy. We were able to close in under 30 days. I cannot recommend Joseph and his team enough.
They were always courteous even when we were having problems. They helped us get our home.
