Cody & his team worked hard @ obtaining this special loan but communication was not great. When it was the last minute to get this closed they did step up & completed the process in time. Im happy w my loan & my new home...
He was a lot of help when it came to explaining the interest rate, down payment, and closing cost side of things to my grandparents. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage for a property.
Cody was amazingly helpful and quick to get everything done in a timely manner. There were a lot of moving parts to get this transaction to the closing table and he handeled everything that came up. I will always reccomend him to all my clients....
