I couldn't be more happy with our experience.
Everyone was helpful on running numbers with us and making sure we understood what each section of the loan entailed. The online documentation center helped us keep track of needed documents and helped stay organize.
Bashir and the team are killer! They know the market, have plenty of creative options for tough situations, are knowledgeable in grants and programs, and can always be trusted to deliver a executed, closed file at the other side of a transaction....
