Closed on time and w/o issue. Appear to have quality local appraisal pool. Didn't doubt buyer qualification/ability to close loan once I knew you were on buyer side, giving seller extra confidence to move forward.

I had an awesome experience with Bashir. He helped me close my 1st deal as an agent! I started out showing a client a rental and after a conversation with Bashir my client was approved for a VA loan and is now a 1st time home owner!
