This particular client needed some extra "hand holding" throughout the loan process At times mire than normal However, you always were there to assust him .
Zach is so knowledgable and if a file can be closed, he is the one to get it across the finish line.
Zach saved a file that another lender had totally messed up. I was the seller's agent and referred the buyer to Zach and Guild and it was smooth sailing.
