The LO never proactively communicated with me. There were so many unexplained delays and when I spoke to her, there was a complete lack of urgency and ownership.

Pyper at the last minute to save a deal for my client that another Lender had given up on. deal wasn't that lucrative, Pyper treated it as if it was and got us to the closing table quickly. And for that. I am eternally grateful..

Communication was awful, your processor lost multiple documents and the buyer had to repeatedly re-send them in, this delayed closing. Once we finally got clear to close the processor failed to notify the title company for 24 hours.
