Chai is very easy to work with. He keeps you informed through the whole process and is always available to answer your questions. This was our 2nd time using him and we would not hesitate to work with him again.

Chai and his team were wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Very fast pre approval process and easy closing even for a subpar credit score!
