Chai was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. He was able to help where a couple of other lenders couldn't due to possibly outdated rules or criteria. I would strongly recommend him.

Simply put Chai does great work. He has always crushed everybody else's best rate offers. He have a somewhat simple system to handle most of the paperwork online and makes the process as least miserable as possible.

Cindy was absolutely amazing to work with. Made our refinance easy and trouble-free! No snags, no mistakes just done and done well!
