Very smooth process. Chai made the process easy to follow. Like the way my mortgage options were presented. Did get frustrated on the amount of paperwork required. However in the end he got it done. Thanks.

Chai and his team made it work when other lenders told us it wouldn’t!!! Our experience was great and we were in our new home sooner than anticipated!!
Barney was supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process. He helped with the process as far as financing and I was able to get the home I wanted despite some minor set backs.
I would recommend Chai to everyone. He was quick, responsive, patiently answered all questions etc. He explained the process well and made sure he is available when required.
