The only negative to this engagement was the appraiser. He was Very rude to the seller and realtor. I undertand that he was a third party to RMS but wanted to point it out Thanks

Diane was extremely helpful and patient with me she guided me very well and answered all of my questions from day one she took the time to explain alot to me i would recommend her to anyone that i come in contact with with purchasing a home
