Jim was always eager to help me even though our first contact was over a year ago. He showed me what to do to raise my credit score. Jim advised me when my realtor was quite uninvolved.
Mike is available and returns phone calls. A few more updates along the route would be good ie: when the appraisal is received when it goes to underwriting getting a written loan commitment estimate on closing on time.
Mike And his team were on top of everything from start to finish. They made the process enjoyable and kept us in the loop the whole time we never had to wonder what was going on. Thanks for all your hard work getting us our home!
