Effective and efficient. Nothing took a lot of time or effort to complete. Mike answered all my questions in excellent detail and promptly.
The part that was the most frustrating is not knowing what all the documents needed would be up front. It seemed like after I turned something in more was added or it wasn?t sufficient enough.
