Communication could have been more prompt and thorough at times, but everything seems to have gone through okay, which is the most important thing.
Andrya was helpful and responsive, answering my questions and working with me while I travelled.
Better control of the whole loan application, it feels like an unexpected issue arised after another issue resolved, which delayed the whole process.
