Te phone # in her email was the wrong. There were no updates from her. I have to chase after her to receive updates on the progress of the loan.

I really didn't experience much. The service was fine, but I did not represent the buyer who requested Guild Mortgage. I represented the seller side. The transaction went smoothly so two thumbs up.
