Our loan officer was the best there is nothing that she does not know I cannot figure out. I am blessed that our real estate officer referred her to us and I know I am not the best person to work for because I don't understand all this stuff...

Loan officer needs access to all paperwork before it is sent. I was on a budget with closing costs and it seemed like Cliff didn't even know what they were until I brought it up. It wasn't him, he did what he could to get them down.
