Better communciation with Kristie
i didnt get anybypdates from her unless i reached out or my client reached out
one thing other lenders have done is send out weekly updates which is great!
I had a smooth and great experience dealing with Guild members .

Even though I was stressed throughout my process, due to high rates, everything flowed seamlessly. I was able to get questions answered quickly and move through the homebuying process with ease.
