Because I know Dave and I went with Guild because he works there. Dave didn't leave any questions unanswered, and I feel like he was looking out for MY WIFE AND I best interest and not for the realtors.

Stephanie was very knowledgeable, responsive and easy to get ahold of. She was also very patient while working with my elderly parents who were cosigning.
