There was no communication with the seller's agent at all until the afternoon that it was supposed to have closed earlier in the day. Typically lenders will send out email updates and if there is a delay in closing we are certainly notified...

Everything I had to sign was able to be done over my phone with eSigning which made it really convenient since I'm currently out of the U.S.
