Dan reviews different loan options that were suited for me conventional , FHA etc and provided some strategies to make it happen with 2-1 rate buydown, sellers credit etc… which facilitated negotiations from my agent to the seller’s agent.
Bridgette educated me on the home-buying process and kept me in the know of any changes. Bridgette was awesome!
