I was a first time home buyer, and Pete and his team helped me so much. They explained things when I didnt know what it was, explained why I had to sign documents or what the documents were and overall just guided me through everything.

Valerie was easy to work with and help us close early so we could move into our new home as soon as possible
It seemed that everything sent to us was to be signed needed to be completed ASAP. Not everyone has a Monday through Friday 8-5 job. I feel like communication could be improved.
