Pam's attention to detail, her thorough explanation and responsiveness!
Pam and Melanie were so helpful, they answered all my questions and explained all aspects of our mortgage. I hope to refi if the rates go down and will call Pam first!
Ross kept us informed every step of the way, especialy in dealing with the hoa insurance renewal.
