It seemed like we were Sent forms to complete or apps to use that were then overridden or remained unused.. It seemed like we did extra work sometimes. Mark Wise very kind, friendly and helpful, although often seemed disorganized.

There did seem to be a fair amount of confusion with closing and we have still not received instructions on mortgage payments.

Jamie did a really good job helping us through the process as first time home buyers. A few houses fell through, but she remained determined to help us find the right house!
