James made this entire process easy and comfortable. He always had the answers I needed, good advice, and responded very promptly to my phone calls or emails.
James was great. Being my first home I bought I had a lot of questions and anything I didn't know or understand he walked me through and answered for me.
James was the greatest lender, always available for any question & James would always have an answer to the question. James kept my husband Charlie & I very well informed and updated on every part of the lending process.
