Silver Mortgage Group - Camarillo, CA

Great customer service!!!! Everyone seem to care.

Frank Salazar was with me every step of the way! I was beyond impressed with the knowledgeable, supportive and hard working staff at Gem Mortgage!

From the first day I met Silverio, he was absolutely professional and eager to help!My amazing Realtor, Yolanda Castro, referred Silverio to get all my Loan questions answered as a VA buyer. In 20 minutes, he gave me more qualitative information...

Transaction was smooth and he delivered as promised!

Everyone at GEM Mortgage was very nice and helpful! The whole team is awesome!!

Silverio and team were great and easy to communicate with. Transaction was smooth and as promised. Will recommend Silverio to all my friends and family.

Frank and Sylvia were awesome!! They were very helpful and answered all and any questions we had. Thank you GEM for all your help!!

Explained benefits/burdens on decisions and also had docusign instead of printing out everything. I felt like there was a miscommunication with the staff though since I had to keep telling them information that I already talked about with silver....

Reliable and Trustworthy

Silver and staff at Gem Mortage made the entire loan process a seamless experience! He always responded promptly and was only a phone call away. I would definitely recommend if you would like a stress free and happy home ownership experience...
