Bryce Padilla was timely in replying to all my calls/txts, as well as courteous and thorough when explaining the loan process from start to finish. Marina Gallegos was very helpful and prompt in returning calls/emails.

She was exceptionally professional and pleasant in all her transactions with me. She has a very positive disposition. It was a pleasure to have her as my agent. I thank you very much 😊.

follow up and calling back. had a difficult time getting info, i received information by the seller rather than by the lender. it seemed like lender was working more wit the realtor rather than me.
