Communication was completely unprofessional, several delays, unknowledgeable of the type of loan being lended, poor management.

This was a very specific Section184 Indian Home Loan Guarantee Program HUD. I am happy the client got the home and wish we did not have to extend the escrow. I understand the frustration from the listing agent.
