“Great” videos for updating each phase of the process!
Great team work. You always keep us informed up to date of your progress. Detailed instructions for final closings. Entertaining videos for each stage. You care about your customer (e.g., you showed up in the last meeting).
Updates once a week were nice to have. We used Chase bank and it took us about 4 months to finish and cost us an extra $200 because of their mistakes. Would definitely recommend TeNeaka
