Communication was a plus! Kyle made sure we were in the loop of every step through out the loan process. This is our second time using Kyle, and we would use Kyle again.

Very informative, answered all questions, very easy to understand, no surprises.

Overcharged for fees and 2 out of 2 closings were delayed because the lender dropped the ball. Definitely going with Wells Faro for my future deals.
