Nick was extremely efficient and answered all the questions we had as first time home buyers (and there were a lot of them). I’d highly recommend using Nick and Homespire when looking to buy!
My questions were always answered quickly and everything was explained clearly through the entire process. No surprises other than closing costs being less than expected!
