Valentina from Homespire was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was available throughout the entire process and extremely supportive during my journey as a first time home buyer.
It was tight; but, we went from offer to close in 3 weeks (with a VA loan and no pre-qual). Valentina and her team were available nights and weekends to push all the paperwork through and seller's agent was very cooperative, as well.
